Patients aged between the ages of 16-75 who have not been seen within 3 years can request a health check at their next consultation.

Patients over the age of 75 who have not been seen for 12 months can request a health check at their next consultation.

The Practice has limited appointments for blood tests to be taken. 

However, there are walk-in facilities available at the following centres between 8.00 and 16.45 Monday to Friday:

• Cobridge Community Health Centre, Church Terrace, Cobridge, STOKE ON TRENT  ST6 2JN (Also available until 18.45 on Wednesday)
• Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre, Dawlish Drive, STOKE ON TRENT ST2 0EU.  Opening hours are 08:00 – 16:45 Monday to Friday.

• Bradwell Hospital, Talke Road, Chesterton, Newcastle, ST5 7NL

  Tuesday to Thursday       08:00 - 12:45:

• Leek Moorlands Hospital - Ashbourne Rd, Staffordshire, Leek ST13 5BQ

At present, Dr. Brown is not carrying out minor surgery appointments.

The doctors and practice nurse are able to advise you on all aspects of family planning, during normal appointments. A full range of Long-acting Reversible Contraceptive services; such as coil and implant fitting, are available via a referral to Well Street Surgery in Cheadle. Patient confidentiality is respected at all times.

The Practice offers sexual health and advice and screening for all ages, including those under 16 years of age. Please note if you are under 16 you will have the same right to confidentiality that over 16 year olds have.
