Patient participation means patients like you take an active interest in your health care.

It gives local people like you a say in how our services are planned and run. You can help by building a good relationship with the practice staff and GPs. Our members also work with the Integrated Care Board (ICB), which buys health services for the area and helps make health decisions.

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG):

• Gives helpful feedback to the Practice
• Builds links with other local services
• Invites healthcare professionals to meetings
• Runs surveys to ask your opinion on how we can improve
• Keeps you up to date with the latest news

Joining the group is voluntary. Members meet regularly, and the Practice provides the meeting room. How often we meet may change as the group grows.

At the moment, we meet on the second Tuesday of the month, once every three months.
