Due to the current pandemic the surgery doors will now be kept closed. This is to help reduce footfall into the practice and prevent possible spread of infection.
Appointments with clinicians are still available but can only be booked after receiving a telephone consultation.
The dispensary can be accessed outside of the building from the window to the right of the main entrance.
The phone lines will be operating as normal so you are still able to contact the practice in this time.
Thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation.
Out-of-hours services are provided by “Staffordshire Doctors Medical Services” when the surgery is not open, including weekends and Bank Holidays. If you do ring the surgery when closed, you will be asked to hang up and redial using their direct number – 111. They are able to give advice and direct you to the most appropriate point of care.
The NHS Commissioning Board Area Team is responsible for commissioning the Out of Hours Service.
Alternative and out-of-hours advice is available by calling 111 which is the NHS non-emergency number and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobiles phones.
If you have a life-threatening condition dial 999.
